This Privacy Policy describes how Humeyra ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Daily Spirit mobile application ("App") and related services. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We aim to collect minimal data. You do not need to create an account or give us your name, email or phone number to use the App. The App processes the following:
- Usage and diagnostics (Firebase Analytics): app events such as onboarding steps, quotes viewed, questions answered, streak milestones and subscription screens viewed, plus basic device and app version information, used to understand how the App is used and to improve it.
- Crash and diagnostic data (Firebase Crashlytics): if the App crashes or hits a serious error, Crashlytics receives a crash report with technical details such as device model, operating system version, app version and the state of the App at the time, to help us find and fix bugs. It does not include your name, email or phone number.
- Ad attribution (Apple AdServices): if you installed the App after tapping one of our Apple Search Ads, the App may request an attribution token from Apple's AdServices framework, which we use to learn which ad campaign led to the install. The data is aggregate campaign information provided by Apple; it is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging): if you allow notifications, a push token is stored in Firebase Firestore together with a random device identifier, your platform, app version and app language, so we can send the reminders and announcements you opt into.
- Favorites (Firebase Firestore): when you save a favorite, the quote's identifier is stored with the same random device identifier so your favorites are kept.
- Preferences on your device: your goals, streak, reminder times, language and theme are stored on your device and shared with the App's widgets and Apple Watch app.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): free users see ads. AdMob may collect device and usage information to show and measure ads. If you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, your device's advertising identifier may be used for more relevant ads; if you decline, ads are not personalized using that identifier.
- Purchases (Apple): subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status, not your payment details.
This website: dailyspiritai.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate (for example pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type). It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address to deliver the site and the analytics; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain and improve the App and its features.
- Send reminders and notifications you have enabled.
- Show ads to free users and measure their performance.
- Understand aggregate usage of the App and this website, and fix technical issues and crashes.
- Measure which advertising campaigns lead to installs.
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services that have their own privacy practices:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Firestore, Cloud Messaging) — processing may occur on Google's infrastructure. See Google's privacy documentation for Firebase.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash and diagnostic reports, as described in Google's Firebase privacy documentation.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, aggregate visit statistics for this website, according to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Apple AdServices (Apple Search Ads attribution) — ad campaign attribution for installs, according to Apple's privacy policy.
- Google AdMob — advertising for free users, as described in Google's advertising and AdMob policies.
- Apple (App Store, In-App Purchase, StoreKit, push notifications) — handles purchases, receipts and notification delivery according to Apple's privacy policy and your Apple ID settings.
5. Your choices
- Tracking: change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Notifications: turn reminders off in the App's Profile tab or in Settings → Notifications.
- Ads: Daily Spirit Premium removes ads.
- Deletion: deleting the App removes the data stored on your device. To delete the notification token and favorites stored for your device, email us.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. International transfers
Data processed through Firebase, AdMob, Apple or other providers may be stored or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Economic Area, subject to those providers' safeguards and terms.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict certain processing of your personal data, or to object to processing or request portability. Because much of the data is processed by Apple or Google, you may also manage some information through your device and Apple ID settings and your Google account and advertising settings. To exercise rights with us directly, contact us at the email below. We will respond in line with applicable law.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing without parental permission. If you believe we have collected data from a child inappropriately, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on https://www.dailyspiritai.com/privacy and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, where permitted by law.
